A quicker way to logon
This only speeds up the time from when the computer first squeals to when you are able to load web pages. This is called the logon process.
The process could be taking 30-60 seconds on some systems.
This also corrects problems of scripts "hanging" in which you can't get online at all.
If the number you dial to get on line is 836-0467, there is a quicker way to get on line. When dialing 836-0467, your computer has to check your password twice. We have a different number that only verifies your password one time. There are two steps to changing the dial-in method and number. Do this steps ONLY if you are currently dialing 836-0467.
