How to setup up Microsoft Internet
Mail for Windows®
to use on lctn.com in 2 easy steps
You can start the client from the Start Menu or through Internet
Explorer®
- Then while in Mail choose Mail/Options(see
fig 1.)

you may substitute the number sequence 206.154.12.1 for the word sequences
beside SMTP and POP3 in the Servers section, you will likely wish to add your password as well.
