Youth Basketball

Youth Basketball Registration will be January 5-7 from 3-5 pm at the Park office

A Skills Clinic will be offered to boys and girls in grades 3-6. Fee is $10 plus $6 for insurance.
Participants will receive a T-shirt. The five-week skills clinic will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from January 11 to February 10.

Basketball league games for boys and girls grades 5-8 will be held at LMS on Tuesdays and Thursdays from February 15 – March 16. Fee for league play is $15 plus $6 insurance. League players could win a free video. Students who participated in soccer flag football or gymnastics have already paid the insurance fee and will only be charge the registration.

Any registration after January 7 will have a $5 late fee. For more information call Marshall Crawley at the park office, 635-4645

Fitness Classes

Ripley Parks and Recreation will offer new fitness classes beginning January 10 through March 1.

Kickboxing will be offered on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30 – 6:30pm at Ripley Elementary School Gym instructed by sue McLemore and on Saturday mornings at 7:15am at the Ripley High School PE Building instructed by Matt McDaniel.

Step and Sculpt Class will be offered at 6:30pm on Monday and Wednesdays at Ripley Elementary School instructed by Sue McLemore.

Fees are $38 per class or $60 for both to non-TKS members. (No charge for TKS members). Registration by phone is required, 635-0997. For more information call the TKJS Center.
