Every year Department 56 retires several designs from production. This practice limits the number of pieces produced and allows room for new additions to our collectible Villages. Collecting The Original Snow Village or one of the series within The Heritage Village Collection is certain to be a delightful addition to your holiday decorating. Whether you have been collecting for years or are just beginning, Department 56 has a Village that will bring to mind Yesterday's Memories and become Tomorrow's Traditions.
